Host-animator

We are looking for our future employee for the position of a PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANT.

Your main tasks will be:

regular maintenance and smooth operation of the Experience Centre's toys (e.g. pedal go-karts, water bikes, compressed air sponge cannons),
carrying out minor maintenance tasks in the buildings and areas belonging to Ladybird Farm Leisure Center (accommodation, adventure elements, corral, wire fences, walkways, courtyards),
Daily care of our animals, keeping their territory in order (feeding, milking, fertilizing, etc.),
maintenance of the outdoor areas (mowing the lawn, selective waste collection, firewood collection, etc.).

Modern machinery and tools are available for careful work, and professional training is provided.

What we can offer:

Premium pay: in addition to a fixed salary for the whole year, we pay a commission in proportion to the number of visitors. Salary is above average: on average, net monthly salary of 300-390 000 HUF/month (gross 450-590 000 HUF/month) depending on the responsibilities and experience undertaken,
a family-like working relationship,
highly digitised work organisation (Task Manager app) and transparent performance measurement,
a secure, long-term job (20+ years of successful operation of the Experience Centre, a growing business).

We are looking for a new member of staff to work as a Host / Animator.

Your main tasks will be:

Management, operation and supervision of more than 100 types of outdoor and indoor attractions and play elements (e.g. electric go-karts, indoor climbing walls, mini-bowling, outdoor slides, lake attractions, boat and water-bike rental),
welcoming, informing and guiding individual and family guests and visitors arriving in groups,
managing advance bookings on the spot,
implementing programmes in the fields of crafts, farming and traditional heritage,
dealing with any questions or requests from guests in a kind, firm and efficient manner.

Regular operation of cash register and computer is required for this position. We are looking for sporty, dynamic, good problem solver, hands-on, enthusiastic candidates with good stamina.

What we can offer:

Premium pay: in addition to a fixed salary, a commission is paid in proportion to the number of visitors. The average annual salary is net 370-470 000 HUF/month (550-700 000 HUF/month), depending on the position and the responsibilities assumed,

TIPICAL IDEAL (DIAS) jobs:

Helping in the smooth running of our accommodation capacity of about 150 beds - available in 3 different comfort levels (family apartments, chalets, bungalows), cleaning of accommodation and common areas, helping in keeping the environment tidy: e.g.
Daily and periodic cleaning and tidying of accommodation
putting on and taking off bed linen covers, washing, drying and mangling blankets and sheets,
supply of firewood for hot water in accommodation, boiler management
minor technical and maintenance tasks in accommodation facilities
landscaping around accommodation, garden, lawn care
assisting with breakfast, menu catering - making sandwiches, preparing food, coffee, soft drinks, serving food, washing up
Help with running the experience elements: animator and supervision (electric go-karts, climbing walls, table and smart games), guest information, selling soft drinks, ice cream, running simpler attractions requiring supervision)
Restaurant bartender (serving food, making sandwiches, serving birthday parties)
assisting in animal care and field caretaking duties
helping to clean attractions, dining areas
