We’re delighted about this here at Katica Farm, as we’ve got plenty of exciting activities up our sleeves just waiting to be tried out!
On the third weekend of January, we’ll be „wrapped up” in wool as we brace ourselves for the onslaught of the cold winter. You can make a woolly lamb, but you’ll also learn about the journey of wool: how does sheep’s wool become felt that people can use? Sheared wool is a great example of how we can benefit from animals whilst also looking after their welfare. You can turn the wool into your very own lucky charm by making a felt ball with us. The marvellous world of wildlife encompasses everything that nature provides and everything that surrounds us.
Come rain or shine, you’ll always find something to do here.
