In the spring of 2017, six wooden cottages/bungalows were built next to the Katica Tanya Tourist House, set amongst the shady trees and featuring a shared outdoor shelter.

The wooden cottages/bungalows are fitted with bunk beds; the six units, each with its own separate entrance, contain a total of 48 beds (four bunk beds per unit, i.e. eight beds per unit). In addition to the beds, the wooden cabins also contain a small fridge, a table and 3 chairs.

The 6 cabins include an outdoor, but covered, communal rain shelter with picnic benches.

The toilet block, located 50 metres away, can be used for bathing and washing; at night, there is lighting alongside the footpath leading to the toilet block.

Kitchen facilities are not available at this accommodation.
