FROM AN IDEA IN ENGLAND TO THE HEART OF THE ZSELIC
The seeds of the Ladybird Farm story were sown in 1992, when I saw first-hand how the British “Show Farm” and “Farm Park” places work, while studying for an MBA in London. It was then that I realised that what was a special experience there could be of value here too, if presented well.
As the countryside has changed, my desire to create a nature-oriented, environmentally conscious, traditional place where animals, games and shared experiences play a key role has grown stronger.
Exploring the world has been a big part of this: a 418-day journey across 4 continents and 40 countries has confirmed that it is worth building something that goes beyond itself and gives real value to families.
I'm delighted to welcome you to the history of Ladybird Farm today - and I hope to see you in person soon.
